MCSD investigates report of 4th grader inappropriately touching another student

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – The Muscogee County School District is investigating a report of a 4th-grade student inappropriately touching another student at an elementary school.

According to MCSD’s Director of Communications, Valerie Fuller, a 4th-grade male student reportedly engaged in inappropriate contact with a 4th-grade female student at Waddell Elementary School.

The alleged incident happened between 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

MCSD security has been notified as well as Columbus police and the Department of Family and Children Services.

The incident is still under investigation.
