COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - It's going to be a cloudy and muggy Thursday with temperatures topping out in the mid 80s. The 'feel like' temperatures could be closer to the 90 mark when you factor in the humidity. There's a 30-40% of showers and storms again today - mainly after noon.
A 30% chance of showers sticks around through Saturday under a mostly cloudy sky each day. Highs will be in the upper 80s/near 90. By Sunday there will be a greater chance of rain thanks to a front expected to pass the area on Monday.
This looks to bring in drier and slightly cooler air taking the rain chances out of the forecast after next Tuesday morning and drop highs into the low 80s. One model is in disagreement and brings more rain after Tuesday so stay tuned to possible changes!
