MOBILE, AL (WALA) -

MPD needs the public's help in locating 30-year-old Deandrea Deshawn Brown. Brown is wanted for Assault 1st and Shooting Into an Occupied Vehicle.

According to authorities, on Monday, October 2, 2017 at approximately 5:03 p.m., officers responded to the area of Mobile Street and Boyett Street in reference to one shot. Upon the officers arrival they observed a vehicle unoccupied with several bullet holes wrecked in a ditch. Witnesses stated that an unknown male exited the vehicle with unknown injuries and got into another vehicle and left the scene. Officers responded to the University of South Alabama Hospital located at 2451 USA Medical Center Drive in reference to one shot. The victim stated that known suspect ran his vehicle off the road and approached the vehicle and fired several shots into the vehicle striking the victim and left the location.

    Columbus, GA (WTVM) - First responders are on the scene of a rollover crash on I-185 Southbound.  The Columbus Police Department confirmed there are multiple injuries. Traffic has reached a standstill, as emergency responders work to clear the road. First responders ask drivers to take a different route and avoid the area, if possible. News Leader 9 has crews en route to the scene of the crash; we will provide more details as they are made available.
