(WTVM) - We're waking up to frigid conditions with temperatures in the 20's.

We have a NW breeze making those temperatures feel like the teens for many. Today remains windy with highs this afternoon in the 40's but feeling more like the 20's under sunny skies.

Things remain dry and sunny through the rest of the workweek, with a few more clouds building in by Sunday. Highs remain in the 40's with morning lows in the 20's so protecting the 4 P's, pipes, pets, people, and plants,  should be a priority through Sunday morning.

Our best chance for rain arrives early Monday, exiting off to our east by Monday night. Along with the rain, more seasonable temperatures will return! Highs next week will warm back into the 50s with morning lows near 40. Clouds will be around through next week with another rain shot expected by the end of the week.
