COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – A shocking scene was found in Dooly County, Georgia this week as the Georgia Bureau of Investigation looks for clues in a double homicide and a separate death that happened hours later and on the same street of a small town.
The GBI says it finished collecting evidence from the two crime scenes where three people in total were found shot and killed Thursday morning.
The first investigation was the homicides of 47-year-old Priscilla Adams and an unnamed child.
Officials say the infant and Adams aren't related but clarified Adams' son is dating the infant's mother.
Across the street, investigators found 60-year-old Willie James Morrell with one shot to his torso.
