LAGRANGE, GA (WTVM) – The LaGrange-Troup Homeless Coalition's Warming Center is open for those in need of shelter from Monday to Wednesday.
The Warming Center opens when the temperature hits 37 degrees or below. It opens at 5 p.m. and closes at 8 a.m.
It will remain open through Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. and open back up as needed.
According to Mike Wilson with New Ventures, there is a big need for volunteers and microwavable meals.
The Warming Center is located at 150 Lukken East.
If you need transportation to the center the LaGrange Police Department and the LaGrange Housing Authority are willing to give a free ride.
