GUEST SEGMENT: BBB warns of fraudulent tax preparers

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The IRS began accepting tax returns Monday and there are several tax preparation companies throughout the area that are ready to provide services.

There are sometimes fraudulent preparers who take advantage of the busy season.

Kelvin Collins, President and CEO of the Better Business Bureau gives tips on how to avoid fraudulent tax preparers.
