(WTVM) – It's a cold start to the last day of January! We have 20s and 30s on the board with sunny skies on tap and highs reaching the upper 50s and low 60s. Tomorrow will see an increase in cloud cover with a late night rain chance. There will be a 30-40% rain chance mainly after dinnertime taking us through the overnight hours.
Rain should be gone by commute time Friday morning but roads could be wet. Temperatures will reach near 60 tomorrow afternoon. Highs will be much cooler Friday - the low 50s. Going into the weekend we'll see dry conditions on Saturday and a high coverage of rain on Sunday - much like last week. We'll start off next week dry but track another round of rain into the area by midweek.
