They now have a Camilla trail, waterfalls, and a vegetable garden. The new plan for the garden is for it to attract everyone in the state.
"Columbus, Georgia is a city of many treasures, and I am beyond humbled and proud that I have been chosen to showcase this hidden jewel we are very proud to call our own," said Danita Lloyd, Columbus Botanical Garden's Development and Marketing Director.
They will also be introducing new family activities this summer.
"Great cities have great gardens, and it is our goal to make this not only a good garden but a great garden. That's what we are striving for here at Columbus Botanical Gardens," said Lloyd.
The gardens are free to the public and they invite everyone to come out and the enjoy the new look.
