EUFAULA, AL (WTVM) – An 8-year-old Amber Alert abduction victim was safely located in Eufaula Thursday night.

The victim, Juliet Odierna, was taken from a Cape Coral, FL school Thursday afternoon.

The alleged abductor, 37-year-old Theodore Moschovas, was taken into custody and held on a State of Florida felony warrant for interference with custody.

According to the Cape Coral Police Department, Juliet's father, Robert Odierna, has full custody of her, and her mother, Jennifer R. Moschovas has court-ordered supervised visitation only.

Jennifer's new husband, Theodore Moschovas, showed up at Juliet's elementary school and falsely identified himself as Robert Odierna, bringing her lunch.

Moschovas then left the school with Juliet. Robert Odierna showed up to pick up Juliet and learned that she was already picked up.

Through cooperation with law enforcement agencies, patrol officers were alerted to the child's possible whereabouts.

Juliet's mother, Jennifer Moschovas, is also in custody.

Custody of the child was turned over to DHR until her legal custodian could be reached.
