Wednesday brings more sunshine than the start of the week, though still with some clouds in the mix. Highs continue to run a touch below average in the mid 70s, with a cool northwesterly breeze at 10-15 mph. We stay mainly on the dry side for Hump Day, but changes are on the way.
Scattered showers move into the Valley Thursday after as a disturbance travels across the Deep South. Our best rain chance looks to be in the afternoon and early evening hours, before mostly clearing out Friday morning.
By the weekend, a pleasant stretch of weather takes over, with much warmer air settling in by Sunday. A building ridge across the Southeast will keep sunshine around for an extended stretch next week, keeping rain chances low and pushing afternoon highs into the low-mid 80s!
