Summertime vibes continue to run high this week, and now potentially look even hotter past the already balmy weekend. Upper 80s remain in the forecast through mid-week before low 90s look more probable by Thursday and Friday.

Apart from a stray shower or thunderstorm in the afternoon, the 10% rain chance whittles away by the weekend, which looks on the drier side. More clouds make their way into the Chattahoochee Valley next week, but not enough to keep our temperatures down. The latest trends favor even balmier afternoon highs next week, with mid 90s not outside the realm of possibility.

In addition to the building heat, rain chances seem slightly more favorable next week. Unfortunately, humidity looks to make an unwelcome return as well. Stay tuned as we fine-tune that forecast for you. In the meantime, running hot, hot, HOT!
