Tuesday brings a few more clouds back into the Chattahoochee Valley, but overall, still plenty of sunshine in the mix. A disturbance to our west will bring a 10% chance of a stray shower this afternoon, but most of us will remain on the dry and warm side, with highs climbing to the upper 80s.
Luckily, the humidity stays at bay for the next couple of days, and mornings still run on the pleasant side; however, a dose of summertime heat ramps up by later in the work week, pushing highs back into the low 90s.
Closer to the weekend, more moisture returns, amping up our humidity again and bringing a 20-40% coverage of showers and thunderstorms back into the forecast each afternoon. Enjoy the drier air while it lasts—a more typical summertime pattern returns in full by next week.
