COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Muscogee County's Superior Court Clerk announced her plans to reclaim the seat in the November elections.
Shasta Glover made the announcement Thursday at the Chattahoochee River Club.
Glover was sworn in as Superior Court clerk after the passing of Dr. Ann Hardman in March. There is no interim position for the job. She is announcing her candidacy in hopes of maintaining the seat.
Glover came out of retirement in 2016 and accepted a position in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court. She was promoted to deputy chief clerk earlier this year.
