Auburn Police arrested a man for possession of meth and cocaine

AUBURN, AL (WTVM) - On Tuesday, July 10, Auburn Police arrested 26-year-old Cedreko Lamar Johnson on multiple drug charges.

Dimitri Glendale Modley a 22-year-old from Tuscaloosa, was arrested and charged with giving false information to an officer.

At approximately 12:20 p.m. on July 10, Auburn Police received a suspicious incident call at a residence in the 300 block of Webster Road. Johnson and Modley were found at the residence. Modley was initially taken into custody for giving a false name to officers.

Two stolen handguns, a quantity of marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine, Xanax and $1,600 were recovered from the residence along with a vehicle.

Johnson was taken into custody and charged with possession of Meth with intent to distribute., possession of a controlled drugs Xanax, Cocaine, and two counts of receiving stolen property.

Both were transported to the Lee County Jail where Johnson was being held on a $21,000 bond and Modley remained in custody on a $500 bond.

The case remains under investigation by the Auburn Police Division Narcotics Section.
