A man accused of murder in Columbus has made an appearance in court after the hearing was delayed twice.
48-year-old Cyrus Howard is accused of shooting and killing 36-year-old James Richardson, Jr.
At his Recorder's Court hearing, Howard pleaded not guilty.
A relative found Richardson suffering from a gunshot wound inside his home and alerted police. He was pronounced dead on the scene just before 10:00 p.m. on July 30.
The case was bound over to Superior Court with his bonds to be set there.
