Fatal Wreck Claims One Young Life and Injures Three Others

A morning accident in east Alabama has claimed the lives of an area teenager and put three others in the hospital.

Investigators say the teens were in a 1996 ford truck that flipped several times.

It happened on Highway 431 in Barbour County around 8:45 Tuesday morning.

18-year-old Joshua Sspurin of Columbus, along with chance Terrell and Alysia O'neal from Smiths Station were transported to area hospitals.

The wreck is still under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
