Don't worry if you're not getting eight hours of sleep each night. A new study suggests that you may live longer if you sleep less. Sleep study author, Daniel Kripe, explained the results. "We're not recommending that people cut back on their sleep, whether that would work is something for which we need future research. At the current time we don't have any evidence that people should cut back on their sleep," said Kripe. Kripe said according to his results, people who sleep seven hours a night, tend to live the longest, but, that doesn't mean you should change your sleeping habits just yet.
