COLUMBUS, Ga. (WXTX) - With the cost of fuel driving everyday items from food to clothing up, it's nice to know that citizens in the Chattahoochee Valley can take advantage of something free for a change.
The Urban League of Greater Columbus Georgia and Walgreens are partnering to offering free health screenings.
The Wellness Tour bus is a traveling motor coach equipped for blood pressure screenings, cholesterol/glucose screenings, and other services -- all free of charge.
The tour begins Thursday, June 19 at the Urban League of Greater Columbus, at 802 First Avenue.
