Accused killer Brent Springford Jr. is now in Tuscaloosa for a mental evaluation.
Autorities say he was transported to the Taylor Hardin Medical Facility and it's unclear when he'll return to the county jail.
Springford is accused of killing his parents in November of 2004.
Springford's trial will be at the Jefferson County Courthouse, no word if the original trial date of June 23rd remains.
