Columbus, Ga. (WXTX)- Gas prices are back below the $4-dollar mark. The Lundberg Survey says the

average price of regular gasoline at self-serve stations was $3.996 a gallon on Friday. That's down

about 12 cents in two weeks. The price is still more than $1 higher than a year ago.  AAA

spokesman Geoff undstrom said that prices at the pump could dip even

further , and could cost as much as 25 cents less by Labor Day.
