COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM)-  The third suspect in the murder of two Columbus men appeared in Recorder's Court Friday morning.

Xavier Cannon pled not guilty and is being held without bond.

His case has been bound over to Superior Court.

22 year-old Cannon was charged in the double homicide of Jarvis Sanks and Ronald Coleman.
