COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Two former Georgia insurance salesmen have now been indicted for allegedly trying to steal the identities of dead people.
Cecil Wayne Ade and Shannon Vick were indicted Monday by a grand jury in Cook County.
Each faces seven counts of identity fraud and one count of conspiracy.
The two were arrested back in April of 2007. Both are accused of fradulently signing up deceased residents for health insurance policies they'd never asked for.
While, there were never any charges filed, several elderly residents in Muscogee County accused Ade and Vick of the same thing.
