TALBOT COUNTY, GA (WTVM) - A fifty-eight-year-old Talbotton man is dead after being struck by two cars.
Officials with the Georgia State Patrol say the accident happened Wednesday around 7 PM on Georgia 240-- that's one mile north of the Talbot and Marion County line.
The Talbot County Coroner says Clinton Hendrick was walking in the middle of the road when he was hit by one car, throwing him up in the air. Hendrick then landed on the windshield of another car.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials say this is not a hit-and-run accident since the drivers of both cars stopped.
