COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - There are new developments in a lawsuit filed by a Muscogee County parent whose child’s leg had to be amputated, after allegedly being body slammed by a behavioral specialist.

Montravious Thomas was reportedly body slammed multiple times on September 12, 2016, by contracted behavioral specialist Bryant Mosley at the AIM Alternative School.

Mosely’s employer filed a notice two days ago that states Mentoring and Behavioral Services LLC is offering a settlement to the plaintiff, Thomas’ mother.

The document does not state a dollar amount for the settlement.
