The Easter Bunny is getting ready to make his rounds, but first, there are some great activities to await his arrival.

Preschool Easter Egg Hunt

  • 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
  • Columbus Public Library
  • Yancey Children’s Garden

Thursday, Apr. 18

Toddler Easter Egg Hunt

  • 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Columbus Public Library
  • Toddlers, ages 18-36 months

Easter Egg Hunt at the Library

  • 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • North Columbus Public Library on Armour Rd.

Flashlight Egg Hunt

  • 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Moore Stadium on 6th Ave. in Opelika
  • 3rd to 5th graders

Friday, Apr. 19

Underwater Egg Hunt

  • 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Opelika SportsPlex
  • Egg hunters with all swimming experience can collect weighted eggs from the bottom of the pool
  • Children ages 6-10
  • Free for SportsPlex members, $4 per child for non-members

Saturday, Apr. 20

Easter Egg Hunt at Stars and Strikes

  • 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • Stars and Strikes on Veterans Pkwy. in Columbus
  • Kids 12 & Under

Easter on the Square

  • Easter “Egg-tivities” from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
  • Parade begins at 10:45 a.m.
  • Egg Hunt at 11:00 a.m.

Easter Egg Roll (to benefit Project Lifesaver)

  • Lakebottom Park (band shell area)
  • 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Easter Egg Hunt at Robin Lake

  • Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA
  • 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

RiverKidz Easter Egg Hunt

  • Harris County High School in Hamilton, GA
  • 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Glow-in-the-Dark Easter Egg Hunt

  • Britt David Park on W. Britt David Rd. in Columbus
  • 8:30 p.m.
  • Free for elementary school-aged children
