MIDLAND, GA (WTVM) - Students at Emanuel Preparatory School of Math and Science in Midland test well above average in math and language arts.
In addition to a 36-month study, recent standardized test scores put students well above the national average.
“The test results show that our boys are better than 75 out of a hundred boys nationally in the area of reading. They are better than 79 out of a hundred boys in the area of math computation, and the overall Iowa Basic Skills test shows that they are better than 68 out of a hundred boys across the nation,” said Carlos Coleman, founder and president of Emanuel Prep.
Emanuel Prep opened its doors in 2015. The vision of the school is to give young boys an opportunity to compete on a global level.
