PHENIX CITY Ala. (WTVM) - A Phenix City School bus was involved in an accident with a vehicle Friday evening in Russell County.
The accident happened on Highway 165 near Misty Forest Drive in Phenix City. At least one victim was airlifted to a hospital for treatment.
Authorities said three children, the bus driver, and bus monitor had no obvious injuries, but were transported to a hospital.
The southbound lane is closed, and traffic is being diverted from the area.
