COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - A Northside High School student is doing his part to keep people in Columbus warm during the cold months.
Josiah Robinson launched the Keep Columbus Warm initiative to assist the underprivileged in the community and to provide warm attire during the winter season in the tri-city area.
The second annual Keep Columbus Warm event will take place Monday, December 23 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Frank D. Chester Recreation Center. The event is open to the community and free to attend. Free winter items and lunch will be provided. There will also be resources, information, and music.
