CEO of St. Francis Hospital in Columbus resigns
COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The CEO of St. Francis Hospital in Columbus has resigned.
According to a statement released by the hospital, CEO Dan Jones made the decision to leave his position to pursue other career opportunities. He was named CEO of St. Francis in November 2017. His last day at St. Francis was January 6, 2020.
St. Francis is launching a national search for Jones’ replacement.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dan Jones has made the decision to leave St. Francis Hospital to pursue other career opportunities. His last day will be January 6, 2020. We greatly appreciate Dan’s leadership and service to St. Francis Hospital and our community, and we wish him all the best in his next chapter.
We are launching a national search for Dan’s replacement and will inform the community once the right leader has been identified.
