Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. hosts human trafficking forum in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The ladies of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. held a human trafficking forum at the Columbus Public Library on Wednesday.
The goal of the event was to inform the community on how to prevent human trafficking. There was a discussion with guest panelists. Information about helpful resources was also given out.
It’s estimated that internationally, there are between 20 and 40 million people in modern day slavery today.
