Columbus City Council approves 3-year lease agreement for Columbus Lions

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The Columbus Lions are staying around for another three years.

Columbus City Council approved a lease agreement Tuesday for the indoor football team to continue playing in the city.

The Lions are expected to pay $3,000 in rent for each home game plus other financial considerations included in their lease agreement.
