SMITHS STATION, Ala. (WTVM) - A traffic light is out at a busy intersection in Smiths Station Friday evening.
The outage happened after lightning struck a power box. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is directing traffic at the intersection of Highway 280/431 and Summerville Road.
Driver are urged to use caution while in the area.
