Jehovah’s Witness convention held virtually due to pandemic

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - This year’s Jehovah’s Witness convention will be virtual for the first time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The convention was scheduled to be held at the Columbus Civic Center, where it’s been held for the past 20 years.

11,000 people were expected to be in attendance. Congregations and families can view the first convention online beginning Saturday.
