Autopsy shows Rosewood Dr. murder victim died from multiple gunshot wounds, sharp force injuries

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Autopsy results have been released in the murder of a Columbus woman.
According to Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan, 37-year-old Emily McDaniel died from multiple gunshot wounds and sharp force injuries. She was found dead in her Rosewood Drive home Saturday night.
A 14-year-old and 44-year-old Joshuah Fredette have both been charged with her murder. Fredette is the father of the juvenile.
