RUSSELL COUNTY, Ala. (WTVM) - A school district in East Alabama will transition to remote learning Thursday due to possible inclement weather.

The Russell County School District will move to remote learning due to the uncertain impact of Hurricane Zeta.

Zeta is expected to bring strong winds into the Chattahoochee Valley overnight and will make landfall near southeast Louisiana Wednesday evening.
