COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The Salvation Army in Columbus hosted its annual Thanksgiving meals differently this year.
The organization provided to-go plates only this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. The event was held Tuesday from noon to 2 p.m. at its location on 2nd Avenue.
Dozens lined up for the food giveaway. COVID-19 safety guidelines were followed during the event.
