COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - In addition to the Senate runoffs Tuesday, the District 4 Public Service Commission seat is also on the ballot.

Democratic candidate Daniel Blackman, a Columbus native, is hoping to be elected to the seat. The seat is currently held by his Republican counterpart, Bubba McDonald.

McDonald fell short of the 50 percent needed to win reelection back in November, while Blackman earned about 46 percent of votes.
