COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Getting out the door Monday should not be an issue with much milder temps that won’t require any heavy jackets. Mild overnight lows in the middle 50s will give away to yes, some low 70s Monday afternoon. This is in response to a warm front that will push north across the Chattahoochee Valley through tomorrow. Come Monday night into Tuesday morning their is a non-zero chance to see an isolated strong or severe storm as we get an unstable air mass to move overhead, however, not completely sold that we will get the necessary ingredients for severe weather. We will keep you updated, but again as of now, just some showers, downpours, and rumbles of thunder are the main threats. Tuesday afternoon will feature much of the same unsettled weather with low and middle 70s possible, warmest in a couple months! Wednesday another low pressure moves to our northwest with a steady rain on and off throughout Wednesday. Good news is Thursday clears out nicely with upper 50s! Have a great week!
