COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The Carter Center announced former First Lady Rosalynn Carter had been diagnosed with dementia, and many questions are arising about the illness, treatment and its possible impact on mental health.
Doctor Jonathan Liss, the founder and primary physician at the Columbus Memory Center, joined News Leader 9 in-studio to explain more.
