Tony Reese returned to the Chattahoochee Valley in August 2022 after spending a year and a half in Panama City Beach as a multimedia journalist. Reese grew up in Smiths Station and is a 2015 graduate of Smiths Station High School. He then attended Troy University where he graduated with a broadcast journalism degree - with a minor in sports information - in 2019. Reese joined the News Leader 9 team in July 2019 as a producer, where he was an intern before. In his spare time, Tony is an avid foodie, loves being a mentor to the younger generation, and spending time with his wife.
