Strip club owner busted after police find teen inside

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  A Columbus strip club owner is busted after police catch an underage teen inside the bar.

Around 2 AM Wednesday morning, officers were conducting a routine check of Club Diamond on South Lumpkin Road on the city's south side.

There, they reported seeing 19-year-old Brandon Green walking from behind a partition clearing inside the club.

Nearby, they noted several posted signs saying "21 & Older Only" posted on the wall in the entryway.

A check of his ID proved Green was only a teenager and officers say he admitted to having an alcoholic beverage but not inside the club. Green said he drank it prior to his arrival and that his ID was never checked while he was at the club.

Green and the owner, 63-year-old Chae Walker, were arrested the scene and charged with Allowing a Minor to Enter a Nightclub.
