CUSSETA, GA (WTVM) - Four people have been arrested in connection to a marijuana sale operation.
On Feb. 18, the Chattahoochee County Sheriff's Office Drug Unit, along with the help of GBI Region 3, Ellaville P.D., and Marion County Sheriff's Office, executed a "No Knock" search warrant at the residence in the 100 block of Gordy Lane in Cusseta, Ga.
The search warrant closed a month-long investigation into a marijuana sale operation.
Agents seized a quantity of marijuana and numerous firearms, several of which are believed to be stolen in other open stolen firearms cases.
The investigation led to the arrest of a man and woman located next door that agents targeted during their investigation, and the arrest of a Buena Vista, Ga. man who agents were able to track down.
The following were charged in connection with the case:
Brenda Gale Mazyck, 48, of Cusseta, Ga.
Gary Tymes, 31, of Cusseta, Ga.
Janice Jane Robinson, 52, of Cusseta, Ga.
Marlon Deown Wimbush, 40, of Buena Vista, Ga.
Agents are asking anyone with additional information to contact the Chattahoochee County Sheriff's Office.
