Fox 54 Co-Hosts "Empire" Watch Party in Columbus

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - One of the most popular shows on Fox, and one of our favorites, is back on TV!

Dozens of people came out Wednesday night for a premiere party for the hip-hop drama "Empire" at the Suite Bar and Grill in Columbus. The event was co-sponsored by Fox 54.

A lot of fans have been waiting for the premiere of the second season for the hit show about a family hip-hop music. D.J. Chip and Fox 54's Tesia Reed co-hosted the event.

"It's a big show and it's back on the air! Everyone came here, watching it with us and with you guys (Fox 54)," co-sponsor 101.3 program director DJ Chip said.

Fox 54 News at 10 co-anchors Jason Dennis and Semone Doughton were there to talk "Empire" with some fans of the Fox show. There were also games and prize giveaways during the event.
