CPD: teen girl, 16, shot outside Peachtree Mall

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - According to Columbus Police, on Friday night around 8:30 p.m., three people got into an argument inside a car in the Peachtree Mall parking lot.
A 25-year-old man then struck a woman in the face with a pistol, according to a CPD lieutenant.
Police said the man then got out of the vehicle and fired shots into the car, shooting a 16-year-old girl in the lower back. She was transported to Midtown Medical Center with injuries, but is expected to be OK.
The suspect is 25-year-old Pierre Tolbert, who is wanted on two counts of aggravated assault, reckless conduct, and discharging a firearm in city limits.
