ALBANY, GA (WTVM) - The mother of three Albany children who went missing Wednesday evening has been arrested and the children were found safe.

Our sister station WALB reports Clarion Garrison was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff's Office in Ocala, FL around 9 p.m. Wednesday after an Amber Alert was issued for her three children.

Amyelle Garrison, 7, Jaleel Garrison, 6, and Kamella Garrison, 4, were last seen with their mother at 525 Don Cutler SR Drive in Albany on Wednesday, March 9.

Our sister station WALB reports the location they were last seen is the same location where a 2-year-old was found dead earlier that day. Investigators say the 2-year-old was also Clarion's daughter.

Dougherty County D.A. Greg Edwards reported that the 2-year-old had been dead for at least two days before the body was found hidden in the family's home.

This is a developing story. Stay tuned for more details.
