AUBURN, AL (WTVM) - Auburn investigators confirm three people have died and one person was arrested in connection to a shooting early Saturday morning along Miracle Drive/Lee Road 83.
On Saturday, 33-year-old Tarabien Cobb from Auburn was arrested on a warrant for capital murder.
The Lee County Coroner identified the victims as 32-year-old Roderick Nelms, 25-year-old Jadarrion Spinks, and 43-year-old Recco Cobb. All three victims are from Auburn, according to Auburn Police.
The shooting happened after an altercation broke out at a club known as Mr. D's Lodge.
Auburn investigators say officers responded to the scene, located in the 1200 block of Lee Road 83 in Auburn, around 2 a.m. CDT.
Shots were still being fired when police arrived, but they took control of the scene. Three men were found at the scene dead. They will be taken to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences medical examiner's office in Montgomery for an autopsy.
A fourth victim was taken by personal vehicle to East Alabama Medical Center before officers arrived. The 23-year-old is expected to be OK.
