GA man killed in early morning Eufaula shooting

EUFAULA, AL (WTVM) -
The Eufaula Police Department is investigating a murder at the Jazzy Bones Club located at 621 East Barbour Street in Eufaula.
On Sunday, May 8 at approximately 12:38 a.m., numerous 911 calls were received indicating that someone had been shot inside the club.
Devanta Deon Davis, 22, of Georgetown, GA was transported to Medical Center Barbour with gunshot wounds.
He was pronounced dead by Coroner Chip Chapman at 1:22 a.m.
The incident is under investigation and no further details have been released at this time.
