Woman dies on S. Lumpkin Rd. after her car catches fire

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The Muscogee County Coroner has confirmed that a woman passed away after her car caught fire.
The incident happened on Friday, May 13 and 69-year-old Dorothy Starks was pronounced dead at 9 a.m.
The car caught fire at 3001 South Lumpkin Road near the woods.
Her body will be sent for an autopsy on Monday.
