TROUP COUNTY, GA (WTVM) - Two Troup County men appeared in court Thursday morning to face a judge for drug trafficking charges.

The hearings were rescheduled for Roberto Bazan and Luis Moreno in order for them to obtain legal counsel or a court appointed attorney.

The two were arrested earlier this month after sheriff's deputies say 40 kilos of cocaine worth close to $2 million were found in their car.

Bazan and Moreno's new court date is set for Thursday, Aug. 4.
